Its growing popularity in recent years can be to its dynamic and thrilling nature, which appeals to both athletes and spectators. MMA demands a significant level of physical and mental discipline, making it a challenging yet fulfilling sport for those who choose to engage in it

BJJ

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a self-defence martial art and combat sport based on grappling, ground fighting, and submission holds. BJJ focuses on taking one’s opponent down to the ground, gaining a dominant position, and using a number of techniques to force them into submission via joint locks or chokeholds. BJJ came to be its own defined combat sport through the innovations, practices, and adaptation of Gracie jiu-jitsu and judo, and became an essential martial art for modern MMA.

Muay Thai is a combat sport that originated in Thailand. It is also known asThe Art of Eightbs" because it uses fists, elbows, knees and shins to strike opponents.
